Brad founded Building Professionals of Texas in 2001. With no prior experience in the janitorial industry, he and his team grew the company from the ground up into one of the largest and fastest-growing commercial cleaning service providers in the state. Under his leadership, Building Professionals has received the Award for Excellence Winner of Distinction for two consecutive years, a recognition earned through the company’s unwavering commitment to superior customer service. Today, the company serves a diverse portfolio of clients across multiple industries.
 
Brad previously served on the Board of Directors for the Houston chapter of the Entrepreneurs’ Organization, where he held the role of Learning Chair for two years. He has been an active member of the Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI) since 2003, serving as a mentor to small businesses and as a member of the organization’s international board for three years. He is also a Certified Business Service Executive (CBSE), the highest professional designation in the building services industry.
 
Beyond his work in business, Brad has volunteered as a mentor for at-risk middle school students in Spring Branch Independent School District. He is a 2009 graduate of the Beth Israel Leadership Development Program and a 2012 graduate of the Goldman Sachs 10,000 Small Businesses program (Cohort 5).
Brad earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The University of Texas in 1986.
 
Brad and his wife, Stephanie, have two daughters and a growing group of grandchildren who fill their hearts and home. Outside of family life, Brad enjoys cycling, baseball, skiing, and collecting sports memorabilia.

Jason Lee is the chief executive officer of Lee Building Maintenance, a commercial cleaning company on the cutting-edge of innovation. Lee leads strategy and growth for the Frederick, Md.-based business, which was named to the 2022 Inc. 5000  list of fastest growing private companies in the United States. 

Founded in 2015, Lee Building Maintenance provides professional cleaning and custodial services across the health care, manufacturing and commercial office space sectors. Using his skillfully crafted and proven solutions, Lee keeps buildings spotless and helps businesses run more efficiently. This, in turn, improves customer retention and satisfaction and promotes healthy professional environments.

Lee is a Certified Business Service Executive (CBSE), one of the highest designations of excellence in the building service industry from Building Service Contractors Association International (BSCAI).

Active in the Frederick community, Lee sits on the board of directors for Frederick Health, Woodsboro Bank, as well as BSCAI. Previously, he was board chair of the local Rotary Club and Chamber of Commerce. When he is not in the office, at a board meeting or otherwise volunteering in his community, the married father of three enjoys golf and traveling with his family.

Clean All Services

Steve Shuchat is President and shareholder of Clean All Services, which is a janitorial company with over 280 employees serving over 260 clients in west-central Ohio. Steve has worked full-time for Clean All Services since 1993, and has been President since 1998. He has a bachelor’s degree in business from Ohio University. In addition, he has received a CBSE (Certified Building Service Executive) designation from the Building Service Contractors Association International. Under Steve’s leadership, Clean All Services has sustained 6-10% annual growth rate. Steve is also active in both industry and local charitable organizations.

Greg is the President / CEO of CleanOffice, Inc, a privately held, full-service commercial cleaning company based in Norther Virginia.  Under Greg’s leadership, the company has grown to 400 employees while supporting over 225 jobsites in the DC Metro area.  In addition to running CleanOffice, Greg is an active member of BSCAI which is the industry’s leading organization that focuses on building serviced contractors.  In 2019, Greg earned his CBSE (Certified Building Services Executive) designation, and is currently serving on the Board of Directors through January 2022.  Greg is passionate about the cleaning industry and takes great pride in working with other contractors to develop and apply best practices that provide true value to both the front-line employees and clients of all sizes.

Greg and his family live in Potomac Falls, Virginia where they enjoy music and outdoor activities.

Tiffany Spelman is the Founder & CEO of FlowerHill Facility Services, a commercial cleaning company in the Dallas–Fort Worth area specializing in medical, commercial, and industrial facilities. Since entering the industry in 2020, she has grown FlowerHill from the ground up—completing an acquisition and scaling the company. As a female leader in a traditionally male-dominated industry, Tiffany is committed to elevating professionalism and transforming janitorial services from a commodity into a true partnership built on integrity, reliability, and respect. She brings expertise in culture, client experience, and problem solving, and is passionate about creating stability, growth, and meaningful relationships for both her team and clients.

Paul is the co-managing partner for Ikigai Management Consultants, Ikigai offers outsourced fractional leadership and outsourced “back of the house administration, accounting, finance, HR/EHS, and sales management in the contract facilities space. Ikigai works with over 20 companies ranging in size from $ 2-$ 20,000,000. Previous to starting Ikigai, Paul was the owner of Aetna Integrated Services in Columbus, Ohio. Aetna prior to its sale in 2017 had revenue over $ 35,000,000 with 1500 employees in 7 states. Paul is a past President of the BSCAI, former Board member of the WFBSC, and has been the keynote speaker at Clean China Forum in Beijing, China.
